sMOTION<\/strong> – SPIDER Design (floating lounge and recliner furniture)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Further developments in sMotion are opening up new design possibilities for innovative recliners and lounge furniture. Of particular importance is the sMotion drive technology, which can be seamlessly integrated. Furniture with a floating appearance is very much in vogue. As the world\u2019s only drive technology of its kind, sMotion offers the flexibility and freedom to create sensational designs. A preview of sMotion. PRIMOVE<\/strong> – SINUS Remote controls with XSMART technology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

PriMove drive technology has been equipped with new remote controls from the SINUS series to meet the highest standards. Shipments have begun. PriMove stands for \u201chigh-end.\u201d PriMove is the ultimate ultra-slim four-motor drive system and a global leader in its field. Fully integrated drive technology offers end users maximum ease of use and optimal ergonomic features. SINUS \u201cthe timeless design\u201d offers additional functional options in the XSMART app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following its announcement at Interzum in Cologne, XSMART technology has been gradually rolled out. All drive systems in the Classic Line are shipped from the factory equipped with state-of-the-art control technology. This includes Easy and EcoMove, OctoFlex12, and OctoBox05, as well as eMotion and sMotion. The OCTO platform concept has been expanded to include a vast range of control options. Plug & Play functionality for all mechanical options\u2014and now for all control variants as well\u2014offers maximum flexibility in marketing the end products and ensures maximum production efficiency through the platform principle (one size fits all).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OctoBox1000 (BasicLine) is the ultimate drive system for all box spring beds and, with 200KG system power and two whisper-quiet motors (2x8000N), offers first-class value for money. The \u201cone part concept\u201d OctoBox1000 offers enough power for every conceivable requirement. Assembly takes just 120 seconds. The extremely compact delivery unit with the patented MountSwitch mechanism saves transport and storage costs. No mechanical metal fittings are required. The standard AutoStop function protects the bed construction and drive system from overloading. You can expect first-class quality, made in Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OctoBox 1000 is the perfect drive system to replace the so-called double or linear drives (Germany Motion, Okin, Linak, Limoss) and the associated metal fittings in many widths. With a system height of just 75 mm, sMotion offers maximum freedom for the sophisticated design of comfort furniture. X-Smart Drive <\/strong>– BrickMini Basic and BrickMini Memo Presentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The integrated X-Smart technology significantly improves the system performance of all MOVE, FLEX, MOTION and BOX (Classic) series. In future, all systems will feature memory position detection as standard. In combination with one of our radio remote controls and the new BrickMini Memo radio receiver, up to 3 memory positions can be saved in the OCTO SMART APP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An RGB night light function is located in the receiver of the BrickMini Memo base station and can be conveniently switched on and off from the remote control. The night light function is also included in the SMART APP control as well as the TIMER for the switch-on duration of the night light. A motion sensor switches the module on or off in the selected RGB mode. S-Synchro connects two SMART motor systems in a double bed. Thanks to the memory position detection, both sides of the bed can be adjusted almost 100% synchronously, regardless of the load.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The new BrickMini Basic wireless receiver replaces the Receiver II with the same range of functions and access to the OCTO SMART APP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

eMotion 3.2 has been further developed with new TDS elements. The structure is now even simpler and more stylish, which also makes final assembly much easier. The completely invisible integration into reclining and sofa furniture offers plenty of scope for new designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

OctoBox – NeckDrive<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The demands of end customers are increasing and the desire for an adjustable neck zone in box spring beds has become a trend. The optional system solves a previously unsolved technical challenge with the optional system and enables a generously designed neck zone, which noticeably increases the lying and sitting comfort of the box spring bed. The ratio of the back and neck sections is ergonomically sensible. NeckDrive can be adjusted by motor and optionally integrated into any OctoBox box spring bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interzum 2023, after the Corona pandemic, the Cologne fair opens the doors to the national and international audience and we are very pleased to present our new products to our customers…..<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

XS Drive is the extension of the SMART Drive. With the introduction of the XS Drive in 2023, all drive systems will gain a further significant technological edge. The XS Drive concept provides all products with noticeable increases in system power and speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We show our eMotion 3.1 (123) with the new “Cookie” module, which can be produced in a variety of shapes and sizes at low cost. The range of applications is wide (sleeping, sofa, reclining). Another milestone is the eMotion 123 module concept, which opens up a wide range of sales opportunities in the bed and sofa sectors. All beds with storage space (canap\u00e9) are ideally suited for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PriMove 4M is unique as a four-motor ultra-flat system. There is no other four-motor drive system in the world that can offer elegance and application compatibility as well as ease of installation like this. The PriMove product family gets a new control technology SINUS and bundles with exclusive ease of use all the advantages of the well-known control Sono up to S-Synchro and SMART APP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In OCTOBOX OB05 two solutions are presented for the adjustment of the neck zone, where the neck zone is very large proportioned mechanically and also motorized. “NATURAL” at OCTO Actuators is the ecological answer to the possibilities of using sustainable and ecological materials. Natural granules greatly improve the reuse of the raw materials used. For example, all Natural plastics can be 100% reused in other applications in this class of materials, as we do not use color pigments at all (recycling). Natural has been our answer to environmental responsibility today and in the future since 2019. In addition, we have initiated and implemented further CO2 neutrality measures at our main site in Germany. As of 2023, we are a CO2 neutral certified company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
