3. Which of your data do we process? And for what purposes?

We process the data you have sent us in connection with your application (cover letter, resume, references, work samples, etc.) in order to assess your suitability for the position (or other open positions in our companies, if applicable) and to carry out the application process.

4. What is the legal basis for this?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this application procedure is primarily Section 26 BDSG in the version applicable as of 25.05.2018. Accordingly, the processing of data required in connection with the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship is permissible.

5. How long will the data be stored?

Applicants’ data will be deleted after 6 months in the event of rejection. If you are awarded a position during the application process, the data from the applicant data system will be transferred to our HR information system.

6. To which recipients is the data passed on?

Your applicant data will be sifted after receipt of your application. In the company, only the

The data is processed exclusively in data centers in the Federal Republic of Germany.
