Product Security & Vulnerability Reporting (CRA)

The security of our smart drive systems and digital control systems is a top priority for OCTO Actuators GmbH. In line with the European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), we offer security researchers, customers and partners a direct channel to report potential security vulnerabilities or IT incidents to our security team quickly and confidentially.

How to report a vulnerability:

  1. Create a report: Describe the vulnerability, the affected product and the steps required to reproduce the problem.
  2. Use encryption: Please send us the information, preferably in encrypted form, to protect your data. You can find our PGP key at the bottom of this page.
  3. Submit a report: Use the button below to open our secure reporting form, or email us directly at: security@octo-actuators.de.
